Although Wikipedia claims the original UK title was used until the 80's I'm pretty sure it was 10 Little Indians by then (and had been for quite a time). Can't find a reference for this but even in 70s Britain, the N word would have been considered offensive.

I read all her books when I was younger. The one terrible plot reveal I seem to remember was in Sparkiling Cyanide. I think its revealed that the poisoner

The only way I can even revisit the prequels is by watching Mr Plinkett rip into them. Almost makes up for the 2 FUCKING HOURS I queued to see the first one.

Thanks for that. Still a shame.

Man, I loved Ultraviolet. Why was there only ever one series, I will never know.

My wife brought this on Blu Ray. It was OK but came across as a bit of a throw away TV movie. The tone is a little uneven typified with the scene

Am I the only one who wonders if Stephen Hawking actual lends his voice to all those cartoon guest spots he does or just gives permission for them to use a speech synthesiser and make it sound like he was doing it?

Is it a site that corrects spelling and grammar?

No - he was the voice. The face was based on James Garner.

The scene where he shows his shooting skills by throwing a washer in the air and shooting through it. Every one doubts he just did that so he covers the hole with tape and repeats it. This time the tape has a hole in it from the bullet. Garner plays that scene just right - with that laid back resignation that shows

He is just so good in Support Your Local Sheriff. Its a film I will always watch if I see it in the schedules. Of course, since he was the face of Captain Scarlet, he was my nemesis so I should have mixed feelings but I'm just sad.

How you diddling?

Dan…..Dan…..Dan…….Dan…..Dan….Dan….Dan…

A while ago I started thinking of where his next book would go. Based on his recent "Cramming Earth (Victorian era) history into Discworld" I thought what he would come up with next after the printing press, association football, the telegraph (clacks) the modern postal system. My guess based on historical
