Thanks, and you may be correct. I heard it as "Right there on the table. "That's why I threw him into the chair," meaning the table was where the cocaine was offered, not where it currently sat.

Since the cocaine did not make a reappearance after going into Sherlock's pocket, I am guessing it is now bricked up in Amos' reconstructed head. I would appreciate the imagery, and Sherlock's desire to prove himself even with constant temptation.
