The really funny thing is nowhere did I say otherwise, so what you said makes very little sense. I'm not saying it will definitely be a bad film with a bad review. I'm saying I can't wait for that to be the case to see what AV Club does.

See below.

I grew up with Ghostbusters. I also grew up on Tron, Doom (the videogame), Duke Nukem, Alien and Aliens, Star Wars, GTA, Tomb Raider, comics and a lot of other things. I'm no stranger to reboots or sequels, both good and bad. I'm not looking forward to it purely because the trailer didn't look at all interesting.

I can't wait for the AV club review of the film where they say it's not very good at all and try to backtrack all this snarkiness and try to join in the bashing. People bashing it before they've seen for the wrong reasons are dicks, yes. People who lump everyone not looking forward to it with an extremely dickish

AKA, not every male friendship means the characters are gay. According to tumblr, Cap has been gay and subtly romantically involved with Sam, Bucky, Tony and pretty much every other male recurring character he was friendly with. At some point, if you've been following it all, you begin to see the ridiculous pattern

We agree on that. However, claiming everything reflects one specific aspect like, say, Tumblr does, yeah, that's tiresome.

But yeah, good job oversimplifying and assuming a flimsy moral highpoint. Sure told me.

I got zero issue with homosexuality. Zero. That's not what I'm saying at all. It's the forced overlaying of outside patterns where they weren't intended that bothers me. Not everything has to do with all the issues of the world.

It's things like this that make me think the majority of entitled fanboys should just have their internet priviledges revoked.

Having read the comics several times, what with it being my absolute favorite comic book of all time, I have this to say:
I didn't hate the pilot. I loved bits of it very, very much. I'm still waiting to see how it progresses before I make a more definite statement.

Kudos for the "Single Female Lawyer" reference.

It's "Men of the Night's Watch", not "Boys of the Night's Watch". You're in, you're considered a man, with all that entails. Including an adult trial.

Give him a break, though, that costume looks like it weighs like a bunch of really heavy blankets.

The first glimpse to a "controversial" reboot of a multi-million project based on an iconic franchise, slapped together by an intern.

Agree to disagree, then.

Obligatory disclaimer: I have NEVER threatened anyone online.

Oh, i'm not condoning, don't get me wrong. But it's like expecting pigeons not to crap on your head: it's gonna happen eventually, it's how you handle it.

Though I never expressed my dislike for the released info so far publicly (feel free to sleuth around), I don't much care for this piece's tone. After Bay's Transformers and TMNT, Whedon's AoU and several others, it's simply illogical not to expect this sort of backlash from the fanboys. You either learn to play it

I honestly thought Tony executed Falcon Tarantino-style at a point.

I think Launchpad had more than a little pelican in him.
