Yeah, I think it's sort of interesting how many opportunities to make the "wrong choice" you might have as a person in her position.

I too thought the ending a bit heavy handed but loved the movie as a whole

This interests me because the general interpretation I'm seeing among commenters below is this one, I.e. that the "wrong choice" was knowing their daughter would die and choosing to have her anyway. My first instinct though was that the "wrong choice" Louise refers to wasn't having the baby but choosing to tell Ian
