I'm pretty happy with the vanilla version. The only mod I use is the one to add more songs to the radio. It has a very nice selection.

I'm still inching my way through Dragon Age: Inquisition (just passed the Adamant quest and doing some companion quests. Still laughing uproariously at Blackwall's) and Deadly Premonition (it's hard to make a lot of progress because I usually only play until the game inevitably crashes, so one hour or less at a time).
