My fantasy is that Ernie is Gus Fring's nephew. Gus, what with his business and property acquisitions, probably uses HHM for legal. His nephew needed a job (Ernie didn't want to work in the fried food business) and HHM gave him one because that's what they'd do for a big time client. It would be fun to see Gus at HHM…
