Though contrast with Jaime: "She slept with Lancel, Orson Kettleblack, and Moonboy for all I know."

Hmmm. Yeah, the books do taper off a lot after Book 3. Maybe there's a great reason for it; we'll never know unless Martin finishes the story….
I must have missed the first deal.
Daenarys could still pose a significant threat even if she only had the Dothraki and no dragons. They might not be so good at sieging, but they can make life miserable for anyone outside a castle.
That's an interesting question. I'm not sure if Tyrion fully knew about Myrcella's death. If he did, I think he would have been more hesitatant about allying with Dorne.
It might have more to do with reconciling Jaime and Tyrion than reconciling Tyrion and Cersei.
Yeah. If Tyrion and Cersei somehow reconciled and ended up on the same side, that would be a bigger miracle than Daenarys hatching the dragon eggs.
I was wondering if there'd be an "echo" of Tyrion freeing Jaime from prison, like Jaime did for Tyrion… or at least, just visiting him.
For what it's worth, Jaime now knows that Tyrion is innocent of killing Joffrey — the crime that started Cersei's hate fest of him.
I thought he would too. But he's not that dumb.
My theory is when the Night King gets active, Winter comes. He takes multi-year naps (Summer) and multi-years of being awake (Winter). And it only affects Westeros. Across the narrow sea, they don't talk about Winter the same way.
Robert Baratheon in Season 1 didn't think the Dothraki would be able to do sieges on castles. But he also knew that wasn't a solution; they'd terrify the peasants, who would wonder why their King cowered behind stone walls, and then might decide to support the Targaryen who offered protection.
To the last paragraph: I was definitely rooting for Bronn. Who needs Drogan? She has two extra dragons. And I'm getting a little tired of Daenarys's messianic complex. Every great idea she has brings misery to the people she's trying to help. It's almost enough to get me to root for Cersei. Or against both of…
