I put this in an earlier comment, but when I was younger, my sister saw some guy looking through our bedroom window. We later found out he was looking for his ex-girlfriend…I don't like to think about what he was planning to do once he found her…
I still hate looking out/sleeping by windows without curtains. I volunteer at a sleep away camp from time to time and sometimes have to sleep in a cabin whose window looks out into the dark, empty, forest. I can't even complain about it because I don't want to pass my lifelong fears to my campers.
I think it was a joke
Probably not a giant woman…more like a tall one
That might have been my favorite part, instead of, "but they're both boys," Steven says, "but Paulette likes him." Just a normal observation
I kind of want We Bare Bears to stay at it's nice, calm, slice of life state, with only occasional introspective moments. Even the simple mundane is beautiful.
I nearly yelled when Dipper took out the razor. "THE HAT! THE HAT!" That was a good one, it added a nice little dose of humor to the cute sibling moment
No definitely not, but I understand Linda. Dealing with someone who has that many issues and is constantly manipulative wears you down, to the point that you kind of just give in. What your saying is true, but gosh, do I get Linda
But low self-esteem and attention seeking could be symptoms of a mental illness. Hasn't it already been established that she suffers from something? Or has it not been stated explicitly? I can't exactly remember but I'm almost sure it has at least been implied
I'm a little tired of them killing characters off only to bring them back again, but I'm not going to start complaining until after Grob Gob Glob Grod are alive and kicking. I can't live in a world where they are dead
Random Blood Glucose? Roaming Bear Gangster? Racist Botanical Garden?
Of course Steven thinks poop is gross, he lives around beings who don't even pee
Jeez it was, the car alarms and the sound of the helicopter tipped it over to a bit too real for me. To paraphrase what someone on reddit said, that ending created a feeling of pure, hopeless dread
Why hasn't anyone else mentioned that Lord Hater is basically a teenager and Emperor Awesome a college bro douche? Or is it so obvious that I should be embarrassed that it wasn't until the about the 3rd episode that I realized that?
You know, I felt she was clinically depressed but thought I was just projecting my own issues on her, I'm glad someone else thinks so
Mr. Smiley aged well
I also thought that, he even mentioned he was going to greet his adoring fans, as if trying to show Pearl that everyone loves him
I wish Pearl spent more time with him, even with their history. Of course Pearl wouldn't want to, but if she gave him a chance, I think he would be able to help her process her feelings and get through them
The downer basically had depression in a nutshell, I think it was pretty great. I feel it showed certain stages of depression and how it could warp your perception of the world and your life. Gumball became angry (often depression manifests as anger) and tried to snap out of it(singing his song, watching tv and trying…
