I saw a live taping of the Found Footage festival and they included this one. It was one of those times where I thought I was going to faint from laughing so hard.

yes, great song.
aliens hiding in gaseous clouds behind walls of glass reminds me of Torchwood's Children of Earth. sounds like this movie isn't as pants-wettingly terrifying though.
woohoo, seeing them in SF next weekend!
I saw them play both nights at Wrigley in August, it was amazing. normally I like to see them in smaller venues but being there was something special. Eddie was like a little kid he was so hyped.
same. read the one titled "Look at me". from a couple years ago. I still think about it to this day.
speaking of ghost stories, The Others was super effective as well, IMO.
I completely agree about The Exorcist. I just remember being revolted and uncomfortable during the whole thing, never scared. But the Sixth Sense? hoooo boy. I saw it at a matinee in high school and having grown up in a haunted house, it really brought back all the feelings of waking up in the middle of the night…
Yeah, the ghost in the closet is so freaked out it ends up bruising him, and the mom is questioned about abuse. that really got to me.
yes, I knew absolutely nothing about it and saw it at a friend's house. then I had to drive home on a back country road and was literally hyperventillating as I gripped the steering wheel. I saw it again years later and was like "meh".
I agree, it was a pretty weak premise, but his delivery sold it for me.
woah, I must've blocked that out. there were a few moments throughout the show that made were pretty damn dark but for some reason that one didn't come to mind. do you remember which episode that was on?
I had the same thought.
YES, that reveal was so jarring and his acting was chilling. especially since I'd only ever seen him as Wash. what a great actor.
Oof, I loved Patton's character but goddamn that is tragic irony now.
agreed. fantastic bit of acting there.
YES, came here to say this. She stole every scene she was in, and even eclipsed Cumberbatch, IMO. and I say this as a huge fan of the guy.
yep, former theatre kid as well. damn accurate!
too many to name but off the top of my head:
Pearl Jam - "Release"
Hamilton soundtrack - "Wait for It"
U2 - "Zoo Station"
Blind Faith - "Can't Find my Way Home"
this gave me flashbacks of working at Denny's in high school. these songs plus Muzak versions of Disney songs….
