I mean, he sent her flowers and cards constantly, hacked her phone to track her location repeatedly, coerced her into working for him, did so for an absurd amount of money, and then admitted he was a stalker.

I feel like the writers have the same attitude towards keeping Oliver dead as they do preserving his secret identity. Yes, it would be more logical and appropriate to do those things, but just cutting to the chase is a lot more fun.

All of Glen Winters' episodes seem to have amazing action. Really everything is just shot and lit in a much more organic, fluid way. His are always the episodes where the show comes close to bridging the gap between a CW Superhero show to "real TV", at least for me.

Am I the only one who's noticed that virtually all the Asians on Arrow are doomed? Before Maseo and Tatsu I'm pretty sure they had a 100% fatality rate.

Good god, Glen Winter can direct some action. I've noticed in all the episodes he's directed how fast-paced and fluid it feels, with lots of stuff going on but none of it ever being hard to follow. The quiet scenes also tend to feel a lot more natural in his episodes. He's definitely the best of the bunch in Arrow
