    On the whole, I agree. If you're writing for a show, however, then you can make a deposition entertaining without just making it a conversation between two douchebag deponents (and that's what the writers are making these guys into more and more with each episode) while lawyers sit around like morons.

    One day, some show is going to depict a deposition accurately.
