It's okay! I didn't take it personally. Yeah mostly it seemed to me like one of those awkward "Jewish" episodes where someone tried to do something who knows nothing about Jews and it just ended up being really awkward/borderline offensive. Alayich shalom!

I completely respect that you weren't offended. I guess I accidentally implied that I spoke for all Jews, which I didn't intend to.

As a Jewish man, I couldn't believe the rabbi subplot. I've looked, and the rabbi doesn't appear to be a recurring character. He just assumed a Hasidic Jewish guy was a rabbi? (And on the show he was right?) Lazy writing and pretty offensive. The rest of the subplot was just silly.
