    I totally get the part about it being a lifeline for some parts of the country. In my teen years we moved from suburban Mass to the extreme backwoods of New Hampshire. No bookstores, no music stores, no cable tv. BMG was a lifeline to a world beyond 3-wheelers, pine trees, and 1-stoplight towns.
