I think she feels a bit defeated. Even when she was talking to Asami she looked broken and not very Korra like. She is probably still traumatized.

That is what I think was missing the past two seasons. Aang, Katara, Sokka, and Toph were the best of friends. They never had any awkwardness regarding relationships that I remember. Maybe because they were younger but it was still better. There was all this weird tension last season. I'm glad that they are resolving…
