What happened to Fish Mooney's control powers? Did I forget about them,being removed or did she forget she had them?

Did I miss something during last week's Legends of Tomorrow? Or maybe she just didn't do anything in this episode and I missed her, but what happened to Amaya? Why isn't she with the Legends?
