I was surprised MK didn't play a role in the finale.

Stray thoughts/questions after the finale:
1) In Season 3, Ferdinand told us he "hates Neos." Now Rachel is forcing him to convert. I sort of feel like he might play both sides.
2) Did Cosima take all the replicating stem cell lines or just some of them?
3) Why did Rachel try to kill Susan, but then bandage her up?

You might be right. Sarah's epic bender coupled with her grief and state of mind could also explain her hallucinations and MK hacking Rachel's eye is an intriguing idea. I still think that the bot harmed Sarah in some way that hasn't been revealed yet & that Cosima dodged a massive bullet by not implanting it into

It can't be a coincidence that Sarah and Rachel both saw hallucinations in this episode. I think it's somehow related to the Neolution tech that was implanted in their bodies.
