ABC - Grey's Anatomy - Season … 8 I think. Cristina got an abortion (in Season 1 she was also planning on terminating an unplanned pregnancy, but had a miscarriage instead).
That's honestly the only example I can think of.

As soon as Tyrion began his speech, I wanted to start cheering "Half-Man! Half-Man! Yaaaaaaah Half-Man!" With the eerie rendition of RoC in the background, it was the highlight of the episode, and worth sitting through the first half-hour.
Ah good point. It just may depend on whether or not anyone bothers to say "And now his watch has ended" … Which I picture as "releasing" Jon from his vows, as I too operate under the assumption that he isn't dead.
The latter would make me cringe more than the first. Not sure if that's weird or not.
I think it's LF's whole motivation behind his pursuit of Sansa that throws me, a lot. He comes off as this cunning, cool-headed player but has that massive fatal flaw.
I wonder how old he's going to played as, seeing as it's been about 3 years since we last saw him on the show. He started out at 6 (ish) in the books, so the older he is, the creepier, yet also sadder, he is.
If we get the pleasure of listening to her over-the-top lovemaking, my finger will definitely be all over the mute button.
Good to know, thanks. I don't remember on which site I read it, but I took it to be Word of God.
Not 100% how caught-up you are, book-wise, so head's up …
The offer is made by Stannis to de-bastardize Jon, which would make him the heir of Winterfell, shortly before Jon is elected as LC. I'm not sure how explicitly it's explained, if Stannis (as the legit-ish king) could get Jon of of his NW vows.
(future book spoiler)
Cheers.
So we wind up with something along the lines of … if an heir is named but he doesn't find out about it, has the heir really been named?
While the character of Littlefinger makes my skin crawl (which is … a good thing in the sense that's what should be happening), I very much enjoy Aidan Gillen's presence and delivery of LF's lines.
In retrospect, it's murky in the books too, admittedly. Now I'm doubting if anything ever actually came of Robb's idea to do that. I don't think so because of the other position Jon takes on.
That could be added to her long-winded name … Daenarys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, Rightful Ruler of the 7 Kingdoms, Khaleesi, Mhissa, Breaker of Chains, yadayda …. Professional Cockblocker (see Jorah Mormont and Grey Worm for references).
Too bad, book-Vargo Hoat was such a slime, I was looking forward to his fate.
Thanks for the clarification!

In the book, Sam keeps his mouth shut re: Bran.
Not sure how aware Jon is of that. Or if they'd take it out on Bran. I was just listing any names I could think of, really.
I thought Locke was the show's replacement of Vargo Hoat. And anyone who's read it knows how that dude ends up.
I get that they had to buy time for NW storyline, but if Jon is aware that Bran is alive then wouldn't it change … a lot? I don't follow the logic here, unless because the directors are aware of how the series plays out, it's okay to do it and we just don't know why yet.
I thought it was possibly (early stages) menopause. They mentioned at least once about Jaime being 40 and if they're twins, so is Cersei. There hasn't been any Kettleblack action noted/mentioned/shown in the show, meaning her last explicitly known partner would have been Lancel way back before the Blackwater.
PREACH!
