By what standards did we 'win' in Vietnam? Does this also apply to Iraq or Afghanistan?

Technically we didn't 'win' in Iraq, Afghanistan…etc. The objectives were never fulfilled. If by not losing, you mean we never know when to pull out, then yes, we definitely never lose.

As if we Americans know how to make a war movie where we lose.
