Absolutely agree! LVC is flawless as the colonel; he steals the film. Gian Volonte makes a terrific villian; Eastwood is just OK. LoVe the Morricone score—'Bye, Bye, Colonel' is one hauntingly beautiful tune. This film was one of LVC best—he was a cinematic powerhouse.
