Not being completely nuts also helped Davis.

Two wrongs don't make a right.

The same Kirk Douglas who described Crawford as batshit crazy to CZJ before she shot Feud.

I dunno. I'm not sure the rehab on Crawford's image was the intent. Perhaps presenting a more realistic version of this really disturbed person was, but Crawford in three dimensions doesn't come across as better than MD Crawford. If anything, the nuance makes her even worse.

Oh, and Joan's "every time I agree to a back end that's exactly where I wind up getting it" just killed.

Lange's "I'm sorry" rage-scream-cry was just everything that's right in acting.

Yeah, that was terrific visual storytelling.

That's true. His work on Star Trek, the cowboys and aliens movie, and World War Z entirely make up for it all with their cogent greatness. Oh. Wait.

After seeing this episode, I'm convinced. Crawford was worse. Christina most likely didn't scratch the surface of the abuse.

And, fuck you, Lindelof. You entirely destroyed Lost with that ending, and you nearly destroyed the Alien franchise. FU.

The show that nobody watched isn't getting a spinoff? No. Way.

Lol. Dunaway had scenes with all of the emotions in the history of emoting on that show. She was a fucking brass band of everything.

Considering the action in tonight's episode, the homage was fitting.

I respect your opinion. I don't believe it. We all make choices in life. Crawford made hers. That she would go so far out of her way to rob Davis of the award and to dominate the evening JUST to rub salt in the wound is beyond the pale.

Nope. They thought they were making a serious drama. Chew on THAT for awhile.

I'm entirely amused that we, the queens, are STILL debating the merits of Dunaway and Mommie Dearest! Seriously! That shit sucked, y'all!

I think she sucks lemons. In no way was Crawford REMOTELY like that utterly fake person that Dunaway played. No doubt, Crawford was WORSE and even more evil BECAUSE of the humanity that Dunaway didn't convey. Seriously. She's in, like, the musical version of Mommie Dearest.

Not. Buying. It.

Oh, for me it was the scene in the green room, when she figured it all out, or, at the very least, that Crawford was up to something. Seriously. What a horrid person.

Best. Bad. Movie. Ever.
