    Well put. I don't want Rick and Morty to get to that "I hate this show but I need to watch the car wreck" feeling I get with BoJack. It's still funny to me now, but 6 more episodes along these lines will burn me out.

    I'm a fan and I care about the characters. The family's dysfunctionality is dead on, at least for my life experience, and that makes me identify with the characters. The nihilism just seems fun to me.
    That's probably not a good thing though.
