She seemed like the type that the show alluded she was but showed that she wasn't. You know? She always loved the superficial trappings of life and embraced that side of herself, but she had two much heart and empathy. This "wise" version of Shoshana seemed like she lost that part of herself and she fully embraced

Right! For example I totally forgot Mimi Rose had an abortion and Adam was very upset that he didn't know. It shows that even then that he was "ready" to have a baby and that probably had a lot to do with him reminding Hannah that the father should get to know. He was so upset they didn't make the decision together.

Marnie giving out her cards to the guys was awesome.

I'm glad she figured out what was right for her, and watching the episodes back again I'm realizing Shosh has said a number of times that she's the last to know basic things with the other women. I specifically noticed it when she was the first one to show up when Hannah found Mimi Rose living there, and Shosh said

Her parents are both professors.

Have you seen the movie Walking and Talking? I've never seen a movie so beautiful capture what it is like when your best friend reaches their personal volicity and you're kind of stuck.

Hey Ariana's side eye! Nice seeing you here! (:

So much. I'm really proud that I stuck with it for all 6 seasons. This season has been one fantastic payoff!!

Agreed. At some point in every tv show you have to suspend belief, even in the really good ones. If you're constantly fretting about the plausibility of every action each character takes or the liberties in storytelling, then youll never be able to enjoy it.
