For a moment there I thought he was one of the Manson killers that was there to get Betty. Then I thought: that wouldn't happen in this show, much less this late on the run.
Then I just noticed: oh, it's just good old creepy Glen (all grown up!).

I decided to think it was not most of the town, just the ones more directly related to the kidnappings/murders. The general populace of the town might still be wary of the freaks. I even think this act of gratitude will not be mentioned by the show again until late season, when it's probably gonna be helpful some…
