I actually thought that whole short story was very sweet. It was actually refreshing to see Lor-El have a such prominent presence in a story.

I think it works because it manages to show the contrasting viewpoints that these two characters have and Pak invests a lot of effort in this dynamic between Superman and Lana. He really takes advantage of the history between these two characters.

Yeah I forgot to mention how much I enjoyed Lana's characterization. Reading the alternating caption boxes that express her and Superman's thoughts was a lot of fun.

I read Jim Lawson's Paleo series and Nu52 Actions Comics: What Lies Beneath. Paleo was about as fantastic as I expected. I love dinosaurs and that combined with Jim Lawson's black and white line work made for some really great comics. The same can mostly be said for Action Comics. The premise of Superman and Lana Lang

Didn't that basically happen with Ralph Bakshi's adaptation?

Why not? Birds being living dinosaurs is awesome.

I feel that her design is the best of the trio. The Jack Kirby influence gives it her a very distinct look.
Kirby has always seems to have been Timm's biggest influence in his style. Under his look Kirby's character designs look fantastic in animation.

I also thought that Jupiter Ascending was a very fun space opera. I mean I guess its got some flaws but honestly I had such a blast watching it that I didn't really notice them.

Having scientifically accurate dinosaurs would be a great way to reinvigorate the series and provide the filmmakers with a new direction to take the story. Instead we get a made up monster and a plot that is a rehash of the first movie.

Tom Scioli's Satan's soldier is the most bizarre, macabre take on the evil Superman concept I have read and it is fantastic. Also worth checking out is his other webcomic Mystery Object.

I read A Small Killing and Exquisite Corpse, the latter based on its review in a previous Comics panel. Both were pretty enjoyable and had fantastic artwork. Especially in the case of Exquisite Corpse; I felt that artwork evaluated an okay story into a very charming one.

Also I think Theon confessed to Ramsay that he never killed them when the former was being tourtered by the later.

I read the first collection of Thor: The Mighty Avenger based on now highly recommend it was, and I must say it doesn't disappoint. Quite the opposite really. I love the artwork, it's like a mix between Mike Mignola and a more animated style. The character expressions and poses convey so much and they really add to

I did too, but I instantly regretted it. It was a cowardly motivation that lead to my decision and I guess I just wanted to delay the inevitable. But the more I thought about it, the more I felt that becoming a zombie was a much worse fate. Obviously this article did not really alleviate my feelings of regret.

There actually is supposed to be a new Jurassic World trailer coming out tomorrow.

What projects would those be?

Out of curiosity where have you heard about these behind the scenes problems?

You'll definitely enjoy it. There is some really good stuff in this issue.
I think one of my favourite aspects of the series is the subplot involving the Gods of Olympus. I have always love looking at the different ways artists will interpret the Olympian Gods and the character designs for the gods in this series are

I read:
-Transformers vs G.I.JOE #6 (this whole series is jam packed with ideas that are barely given any time to breathe. Scioli will introduce one concept in a single panel that he could've easily expanded on for a whole issue. That of course is what makes the series so compelling but I found this issue to be rather

Out of curiosity which article was it?
