My favorite also. The test of any Scrooge adaptation, for me, is whether they include the "Ignorance and Want" scene. Most don't. It is a real downer to be sure, but to me it's what really makes the story universal.
And I love Scott's monologue at his own graveside.

How about a tendency to rush to judgment, coupled with an inability to perceive contrary evidence? Seems like that might help "solve crimes".

Do they still play the one where the British neighbor from the Jeffersons is painting numbers on sandwiches, but people keep eating them? That always makes me want a sandwich.

I had a friend in college that sincerely thought Roger Waters was singing "did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a negro in a cage". He didn't graduate.

You touched a nerve. I love the original Thing. The remake is very good too, and certainly much scarier, but it is also emblematic of everything that is wrong with modern action movies. Namely, there isn't a likeable character in the film. I get it, it's dark, but after a half an hour I just want everyone to die

TOS would be my pick as well. My dad controlled the TV if he was home, but he liked Trek well enough that we watched a lot of the reruns as a family.

This article always reads like they sprang it on the interviewee; Quick, what song do you hate? I've read very funny articles that mock songs and singers but they weren't interviews. Put some effort into it.
I'd personally like somebody to tear apart that one pop country song where the guy talks about how awesome high

I've always maintained that the music video for that song is better than the movie. But I hate the movie.
I get misty-eyed all the time, but I haven't really cried at the movies since I was a kid. I bawled at the "Let's go fly a kite" scene in Mary Poppins. Is that inopportune? I haven't seen the movie in ages.

Shia Lebouf IS Mark Cuban in…

You misspelled Ronald.

I thought it was the shitty holiday movie where you where supposed to care about anything that happened to Vince Vaughn.

Yeah, who needs story or characters? I want something in battleship grey and goldenrod!

I pumped gas, professionally, for exactly 3 days. In that time I inadvertently collected at least a half dozen gas caps, and at least 2 or 3 credit cards. And I was the best employee they ever had!

But doesn't she initiate the kiss? The final one anyway?
Deborah Kerr was a trouper. Played so many weird, repressed or "scandalous" characters that I bet a lot of other actresses wouldn't touch. Did a nude scene well into her 40s to boot.

Don't mess with that dude, bro! Haven't you heard the explicit version of Pay Phone
