May Season 5 be the season of Tim!
May Season 5 be the season of Tim!
Yeah, agreed. I rewatched Season 4 over the holidays with my brother, who hadn't seen it yet. Maybe it was because I was watching it alongside someone who was seeing it for the first time, but S4 holds up incredibly well even after you know the mystery.
An impressive rotating and expanding cast, and yet still no Ian McShane.
THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SAFE SPACE!
Considering the number of Coconut Records cds (yes, jewel-cased and all) that I own, that's disturbingly accurate.
Not Tatum, not Tatum, not Tatum. Please, Oh ye gods of musical theater, do not allow the casting of Channing Tatum in this movie.
My freshman year obsession with Royal Tenenbaums (and, I admit, the simultaneous popularity of the Garden State and The OC soundtracks) probably defined my music taste more than almost anything. It's evolved in the decade since, but I owe Wes Anderson a pretty huge music debt, and I know I'm not the only one.
Technically, she could be both.
Let's start a support group. I'm Babs, and I say "OMG" out loud unironically now.
Aw, the feeling's mutual. Is it the holiday season that's making the normally acerbic commentariat all warmhearted? Is it the shared trauma of NuDisqus and the redesign? Whatever it is, I love it.
His spin was a thing of beauty
I dunno, mine's stuck on Feb. 31st.
Scientology'll do that.
What a waste of perfectly great Jack Davenport screen time. If a snarky and slightly bad-boy Jack Davenport can't keep me watching a show, you know it's a lost cause.
I would pay a monthly subscription fee for that.
I'm do too, but I'm with HDB—this is at least the third 'porridge' shop I've heard about here in NYC. Well, one called it oatmeal, but I'm pretty sure it's the same.
In light of this new role, it seems kinda strange that the rumor was they broke up because he relapsed into alcoholism. And that affair he had with the horse.
Exactly. You can't make a movie critical of the pursuit of fame when you yourself are the scion of perhaps the most famous family in Hollywood. Maybe you can make a movie critical of fame, but bashing the fame-whoring of people who live in tract houses in the Valley isn't doing that. It's lazy and cruel.
Look, I'm as saddened as you about the HE cancellation, but this is actually an example of the business model working. Vh1 got those rights for a song, I'm certain (they're known for not paying for much), so they get ad revenue from them and bring a younger audience to their network. ABC gets the money from the sale…
God, so agreed. Bling Ring is the closest I've come to walking out of a theatre in ages.
