Except the films haven't been "savaged by critics". Since when did 50/100 movies start being considered garbage? Even films with a 30% rotten tomatoes score means in a group of 3 people, one of them will have enjoyed the film. People look at a site like Rotten Tomatoes without any understanding of what the ratings

I'm not sure if you've seen Man of Steel or BvS if you think there is a ton of action in them

The characters in the DC Universe are actually less grounded than Marvel's so your point doesn't really make sense.

It appears you somehow missed the Dark Knight Trilogy

It's clearly not as great as the first 3 seasons but people talk about it as if it's some television monstrosity when it is still a solid season of television in general

I never understood the hate for this show. Just because Season 1 was significantly better than the rest doesn't mean the other seasons are garbage. The show is still solid and much better than most on the air right now. 8 Seasons is clearly at least 3 too many though with season 3 probably being the logical

reviewing something that most people don't have access to makes no sense. You basically have to choose food from a chain restaurant for the article to have any relevance

If having most of your films well received by both the public and critics doesn't mean their movies are good then I'm not really sure what other metrics can be used.

The Final Countdown always immediately puts an image of Gob getting ready for a magic trick.

I don't really understand the "Warner Bros.’ DC franchise hasn’t been particularly kind to women". I can't think of any female character being treated poorly in Man of Steel or BvS.

To be fair, RT's rating system doesn't actually make much sense. For example, the Secret Life of Pets has a 74% Tomato score and a 6.2 Average rating while BvS has a 27% Tomato score and a 4.9 Average Rating. The films are rated quite similarly scorewise, yet there is a 50% difference in the Tomatometer which can be

The radio being played loudly sounds more disrespectful than playing Pokemon Go (which is obviously also disrespectful).
Also, the fact that the people you are referring to being disrespectful are going to the museum does suggest that they aren't letting the horror be forgotten

The site does also have an average rating right below the Tomatometer if anyone ever bothered to look

An Avengers/Ant-Man style tone would probably work pretty well with it, but the overall concept likely won't lend itself to anything close to The Dark Knight's tone.

The MCU is probably the standard and they are mostly very simple designs. Even the DCEU's Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman costumes are simple.

Pretty sure modern costumes are actually a lot less clunky and complicated than they used to be.

So your plan would be to jeopardize your huge market share and essentially admit to the world that you are failing to deliver and restart by being just a worse version of those other restaurants?

The end of the previous episode foreshadowed that Melisandre had basically resigned herself to death and may be intending to sacrifice herself to resurrect Jon Snow so having her at 100-1 odds seems insane.

I think he reverts to killing a few times after that. I personally think a more interesting arc is someone like Batman becoming broken by all of the people he's stopped repeatedly coming back and killing more people/his sidekick which makes him believe killing them is his only answer (i.e. the "you're just one bad

I didn't really understand what your first sentence had to do with anything until I reread it a few times.
