maybe but he's sticking with the case, following his guy, and slowing unravelling it. That is the way counterintelligence really is.
his expression made me think that he isn't quite believing her.
I wonder if they found hand cream in Don's top drawer.
Philip seemed amused by the whole thing.
triple upvote
The convoluted Don situation demonstrates a) how subtly a small infraction can be exploited b) the pains they'll take to make sure they aren't detected. The key here is that no one in Don's family has know idea what really went on. If they had decided on the blackmail route then it is very unpredictable how it…
and also she had to contend with defending Paige who can't hold her own and would be a liability in a fight (or who knows…maybe she can!)
but to emphasise other parallels, do you think Stan's actions could be similar to what Elizabeth and Paige were discussing before the mugging? How now that Oleg is made to feel a connection to Stan by feeling guilty, Stan will be able to exploit it.
yes but it visually helped the casual viewer (i.e. the non-MR fanboy) to recall its existence right before it was brought up in conversation.
I sort of feel like the Paige admiration society and she didn't didn't have much to do this week but did you see her expression at the dinner sitting next after the Pastor Tim "really?" Stan "really." Tim "huh." exchange. She was finding it difficult to swallow what she was eating. Smart of the director to include…
I rewatched the early scene where Philip and Stan are drinking which flows into the kids coming home. That sort of gave me additional insight into the floor plan of their house. I think I figured it out.
really dumb question about production/directing. In the scene where Elizabeth is in the kitchen and everyone is in the dining room. Alice goes through the door into the kitchen. The camera follows her but goes through the wall. There is a thermostat on the wall that it went through. I guess I'm struggling with…
that would explain why Evie would be under orders to not kill Cosima
or if he's not gay she could use a different tactic.
Maybe Paige will seduce Matthew into spying on his father. Couldn't be too hard to manipulate a teenage boy.
she was acting up a storm in this episode. Impressively talented.
it was called a Newton
I thought it was a "No! Not Johnboy!" look on his face.
The acting is amazing in this show. All through the episode I was thinking about how the actress who plays Paige was ripping up the screen and that she might be giving her parents some Emmy competition, but then in the last scene Elizabeth looked down, looked up, a mask was removed from her face, and she said "Yes".
