Meant more Alfred and Gordon, they are meant to be the Moral centers but they just seem like they want to scream and or hit things. Alfreds bizarre shifts are pretty much exactly what I mean.

The Arkham games got the mix right, it's brutal and there are plenty of really messed up things implied but it never forgets that "hey there's a man in a Bat costume fighting a giant sentient pile of clay". Foregrounding the darkness and background the camp is ass backwards.

Eyeballs ripped out, threats of faking molestation, self mutilation, child murder. God this is the angriest most unpleasant show I've seen in a long time. You can do dark, but give me someone to latch onto as I dunno… vaguely human? Everyone seems like a walking pile of rage at best and deeply psychotic at worst.

Seen all of the 2005-who stuff and a pretty big chunk of Doctors 2,3 and 4. I actually like that they use big well articulated suits, he looked great in the straight jacket just looked odd in that last shot.

And John Hart from Torchwood, is that the first time that shows been given a nod post doctor 10? I still have no idea where new world even fits in to any timeline if at all.

Man those naked Aliens tails were weirdly distracting (and holy hell did the line between mask end and suit start seem really obvious?)

I remember the whole book being pretty full on whenever it came to the violence kicking in. Something about Nedry's final thoughts just hoping it'd all be over soon, then again I also remember Muldoon having a rocket launcher and a river chase sequence.

Deathbed? Actually on second thought Deathbed is kind of terrifying.
