That list has a Devo album ahead of a Dead Kennedys album (which they ranked at #40 wat). They kinda messed up that list from the very beginning.

I'm more of a fan of hardcore punk so I would say start with bands like Minor Threat and Bad Brains. If you like that then move on to the harder stuff like power violence (Infest, Spazz, etc.) or Grindcore (Pig Destroyer, Napalm Death, Terrorizer).
