I really feel like Jesse Monyihan's episodes are existential, and in the worst possible way. He always senselessly kills off a beloved character without any catharsis—root beer guy, now Glob (God?). I don't find them humanistic at all, but rather nihilistic if anything. Adventure Time used to fill me with wonder and…

This episode was freaking depressing… and very rushed. The story was very similar to Betty, also written by the same person. So… in general…I can't see how this warrents an A.
