Yes they are well off, but when you are good at your job, you can get away with that. I had no problem there. I don't think they undervalue employment, he just though he saw a problem and spoke up good for him.

Loved it, another great episode for them. To me there are very very few bad episodes of Modern Family. Best Show on TV in my opinion, (But Parks and Rec is right on their tail).
