Samaritan has shown in the past that it could profile unstable people to do its bidding. And since we have absolutely no idea on the backstory of the kid, its plausible to assume that he had an unfortunate history with the system. Kinda like how folks get radicalized.

"Why would an AI develop negative emotions about humans as a whole?"

It'll be between Samaritan's Demon Child & Bear, pow-wowing their way to oblivion.

Alright. What would you have them do, if this isn't something you like?

It wasn't his intention to free it, if I recall. He knew someone would try to take it over, so he made sure when they did, they'd do it with his code. Because he locked himself out from accessing it, his goal of putting out the virus was to teach it to protect itself. Moving itself is how the Machine chose to do it.

    Troll.Harder.

He went to Italy to retrieve Reese cause he values good people. And knowing Reese's nature, there's no way he'd be able to stay away from this for long, regardless of his psyche.

I've read comments that folks would've prefered Claire Mahoney from Nautilus to've been the voice of Samaritan, but it wouldn't have been nearly as

The best part of Christmas will always be Superman flying all the Jews out of Egypt!

    Man-Bat!

"The CIA helping American citizens? What king of crazy alternate universe would that show be set in?"

Looked it up, and you're right. What I probably meant to say was the ISA (Intelligence Support Activity). Kinda like the group that handles the Relevant numbers on Person of Interest.

True. Hence the reason "spinoff" of the series adaptation of the flick which is somewhat inevitable I guess.

"Will follow FBI agents helping American citizens who find themselves in trouble abroad."

Coming Soon on Must See Thursdays!

That's for the spinoff of NBC's adaptation of Demolition Man.

They're in Rules of Engagement territory now….
