Yeah but playing up flashbacks from its POV for folks its targeting / doesn't know where they are, doesn't make much sense.
They may also do the MPOVs for eps which have flashbacks for main characters. Samaritan POVs won't make much sense for that. Those eps would tie in to its storyline, but could have dual narrators…
Though this was standalone, I didn't truly mind. As Nolan himself stated in the Nerdist interview last May, it needs to be done once in a while to get the audience to relax for a bit, before they get hit hard with the bigger story.
