3rd Gear: Our local Ford dealer does this with what they call “True Price”. It’s a no-haggle-out-the-door price. The problem is, I don’t know if I trust it. LED bulb replacement for a incadescent bulb. The tailight housing is not designed for an LED bulb, so at best all I can see is a little red dot where a big bright red taillight should be. Want to make it even worse? Make the LED bulb do the stupid spinning twirly thing.

Agree. I like the concept of Forza Horizon, but it didn’t feel real. I don’t always care for “realism” as a simulation, but I do like the “realism” of an active living world. It seems counterintuitive but it’s why my “get in and drive/race” game is GTAV. I get just enough race realism and just enough living world…

People always assume I know how to fix/diagnose their car. I don’t know if I am an oddity in the car enthusiast world, but I can’t diagnose cars :(

How will insurance be handled once autonomous cars are the norms? If my car hits another car, am I at fault or is the manufacturer because the car is defective (didn’t do what it was supposed to)?

Here is another one: Not asking for help from a buddy when you will probably need it, but more importantly, when you do ask for help from a buddy, not providing an ample supply of beer, salty snacks, and cheap greasy food (typically pizza, but I’ve accepted homemade egg rolls and pizza rolls in the past).

A lot of you guys are thinking about this the wrong way. Sure I could drive my old Beetle and show her that life goes on and really stick it to her. Or I could drive a Porsche and show her that life could be better for her and that she is really missing out.

I wonder if they went through the same thing though. I imagine at some point they just accepted this was it and decided to “give in” and not fight it or be fearful.
