Ha ha. You son of a gun, that is brilliant.

I think this would be useful if it had been standard issue for all cars. I can imagine new driving methods or safety scenarios based on this. I wonder if people in the early days were sitting around talking about turn signals and saying similar things about them. “It’s pretty clear when I am turning” or “why wouldn’t

I think the real tragedy here is that it is a 6 spoke spinner on a 5 spoke wheel...

Gold 2 door 1.8. Not a performance car, but the new platform gives even the base model some great handling. The 1.8 TSI is pretty stout at 170HP and great gas mileage. Interior is very sharp for a car costing less then $20k!

Buick?

This was an awesome read Kat. All your reads are great, they are really painting a picture of what Japan is outside of Tokyo/big cities/cliches.

Is that a cemetery?

Hey Mate! I have that exact lense and a variety of other entry-mid level Canon lenses. I regularly read about lens distortion, especially on the lenses I have. I don’t see it (in this picture or my own). Would you be willing to point out where the distortion is? I am trying to learn, and I love take pictures of cars

That should buff out... :(

The BMW 2 series!

So hard to justify spending money on someone elses project. CP.

5th Gear: How can a camera see around a corner? Does it stick out?

NICE, I like the split spoiler looking thing. Maybe because we don’t see it everyday. It looks good!

The angled exhaust looks surprisingly good. Again, as with other parts of the car, the dimension look right and well fitted.

I don’t know if there is an official way to say this, but the wheelsize to back end ratio is perfect on this. The icing is the way the wheel fits into the wheelwell and the well fitted gap.

I... I kind of want to lease one...

HmmmmmMMmmmmm... I don’t know about this one. I agree that 45 MPH is low and there are some places where I feel like I should be allowed to hit 55-65MPH. However, the parkway doesn’t seem to be designed to handle higher speeds. There are a ton of blind corners, virtually no gaurd rails, poor visibility at night,

To tack onto what others have said, they also have to keep moving to avoid burning up. This exercise trains them to trust their PPE and keep moving (not panic).

That is a huge piece of glass!

That explains why I see this around Charlotte all the time! I thought it was just a lazy method of lowering a truck, something to do with the type of suspension that meant the rear bottomed out. I had no idea that this was a “thing”.
