Good piece! The problem with thinking about death though, is you’re not thinking about life. Whatever religion one may be, however they choose to live, people think about death. I know that sounds super cliche, but I think it’s very true. Just live man.  

This story made me smile on some real levels.

It reminds me a lot of when people put “lol” behind a text message.  Like, “sit on my face lol”.  You’re serious, but you throw the lol in as a qualifier just in case.  

Ehhh...I agree with you 100% about the bigoted views of police in this country, but I’ll have to kindly disagree on your views of the FBI.  They run a pretty tight ship.  I will agree that it is a pretty damn conservative organization, but I would say they are not really part of problem.

What doesn’t really make sense to me, or I guess I’m just an idiot, is insulin hasn’t really changed. It’s pretty much the same. Overall treatment of diabetes has changed, especially for type-1.

Just so we are all clear, and someone up the thread said the same thing...insulin dependent, or Type-1 Diabetics, can eat whatever the hell they want. It doesn’t matter how healthy, or not, one eats, insulin must be taken. Sure, carbohydrates of different foods can metabolize at different rates, but a carb is a carb…
