It is a broad statement but that shouldn't invalidate it altogether. Diet and Exercise such a contentious subject because it varies per person. A person's physical or mental health is very complex so when giving advice to a large audience the best that can be given is some general statement. Each person needs to

I had slipped the clutch on my 04 maybe a handful of times and yes it stunk, but replacing your clutch at 100k doesn't sound too bad for burning it constantly. Were you push more than factory HP? Those first models I believe, used the same transmissions as the non-turbo Impreza and couldn't take too much extra power.

Ouch, just ouch. I'd want to punch in the face whoever built that car too. When I traded in my first WRX after 8 years and stage 2 mods it was still running fine. My sales guy said they only needed to replace the spark plugs and it sold within a week. I feel for you, I'd have dumped that car after the exploding

Which one did you have? I had an 04, 2011 and now a 2015. The 2011 was hit by someone who ran a red light. My rear passenger side was hit by a 92 Cadillac Deville going about 40mph. My WRX took the hit way better than my neck did. If you can't notice it, the back wheel was broken and leaning a bit sideways. But I was

Depends on what someone calls highway speed, but typically ~2,200 - 2,500 RPM in 6th gear.

It does better than that. Over the first 10,000 miles I had a city/hwy combined 28.5 MPG. On the highway I get ~36 MPG. I drove from Austin to Santa Fe to Las Vegas to Utah and back a few months ago with my 2015 WRX, so I had plenty data samples.

Hydration helps more than most people would expect, don't neglect it.

This is the reason they shouldn't be retired. Ok maybe there are other reasons, but THIS!!

I gathered as much with the first part, but it was a good segue for me. I actually know people who think 1000 calories of crap food is the same as 1000 calories of healthy food.

While it's a bit more complex than burning more calories than you take in (after all the kinds of food you eat matters), it really does boil down to burning more calories than you consume. 1 - 2 = -1

We've been rolling out 8.1 since last summer and it's been easier to support than 7. Plus what I love is that you can pre-provision BitLocker with 8.

Yeah this is great, I have 440GB and I've never paid a cent for any of it. I have a Loyalty bonus, Surface Bonus, Enthusiast Bonus and Cameral roll bonus.

It doesn't have to be expensive at all, but I would recommend a roller with nubs on it for trigger point massaging. The kind of nubs can be up to personal taste.

Four door sports car you say?

I know we have Rally America and I follow David Higgins, but still it's sad WRC isn't big here. I mean the skill WRC drivers have puts NASCAR to shame. Sebastien Loeb doesn't count, he's a cyborg from the future.

Maybe. But my money's still firmly on a two-plus hour trip to Dimension Stupid.

This might be a reason why amazing WRC drivers aren't from the US.

AMC Gremlin. My great aunt used to have one back in the 80's. I never see those around
