Nowadays your privacy goes out the window the day you're born

I wish I could hear David's commentary and responses.

I think every store (Apple/Google/Microsoft) has loads of crap apps floating around. That said Windows users do not have to use the store unless they want store apps. Enterprise IT folk can even block the store. As for your second point, you can't just slap hardware together and get a free license of Windows from

I wish they had included business models. I'd love to use it with clients who are looking at getting a new laptop/2-in-1

Carbon fiber makes it feel cheap? By the way they use it to cut down on weight to meet the ultrabook specification. I think the XPS 13 is pretty solid.

To be fair, at least where I live, no one down here knows how to drive in the rain either.

The backup camera on my car is wide enough that when I'm backing out of a parking space I can see cars that would otherwise be blocked from my view because of other vehicles parked next to me. This and it'll save the lives of small pets and children that could get right in that area where mirrors can't see.

I hit the pole because I was going almost 40 in 2nd and panicked and my brakes locked, instead of powering out like I should have. Live and learn.

That also applies to rain. Just last week I was right behind a couple of cars that collided on the highway. I kept my distance, and avoided hitting them pretty easily.

Yay another Austinite!

In the US anyway a sad truth is dogs are pretty high up on the list of causing fatalities. Worldwide, King Cobra. A seven milliliter shot of their venom is enough to kill an elephant.

So you're saying it's ok for the other person to have hit a vehicle and ran? Did they know who was driving? It could have been someone driving a sick kid through a make-a-wish foundation. Regardless of the fact that he has money and can afford multiple vehicles, it's never ok to hit and run.

Unless you break bones or have injuries that cause immediate impact, you would have to take it to trial which takes even longer, meanwhile you have to pay out of pocket for visits to the doctor. The insurance company know this and will "wait it out" because most people can't afford to drag things out and have to

I did sue. You can't get something out of a person who's got nothing. The insurance company dragged it out for a few years and I got next to nothing, just enough to cover my medical expenses but I did also get the diminished value, still that was only a couple grand. As an added bonus I have herniated discs in my

It's so overt it's covert

Not true. It doesn't matter if you're in the 1% or 99%, hit and runs are not okay...EVER.

Or they just don't care about demerits. I got hit by someone driving a car they didn't own and a suspended license. They ran a red and smashed the back end of my previous WRX. I miss that wagon.

Yes they all come with a Bluetooth connector. No you don't have to have a smartphone, but it's nice if you want to sync during the day since the only time the Fitbit syncs is when it's in range of the connector and your computer is on and connected to the internet.

CVT in my opinion is not something you need to tolerate if you must have automatic. My wife's CrossTrek has CVT and I never once found it as something I had to tolerate on our trip from Austin, TX to Sedona, Az.
