My theory: Thanos didn’t kill half the inhabitants of the Universe; he split the Universe into two parallel universes with half the population on each side. Thus, he didn’t really kill anyone at the end, but the inhabitants of both sides will think he did. This accomplishes his goal of matching population to resources.

Quill frustrated me as well for about a day. The thing that I disliked the most was how randomly powerful people were. It was like the most absurd version of the comic trope of people always being mostly evenly matched. Scarlet Witch and The Vision are losing a fight, but Cap, Widow and Falcon easily make the save? Thanos manhandles Hulk but Cap is able to hold…
