File under “authentic frontier gibberish”! Preferably while rouin me bishen cutter…
Back in the day we called the flatland tricks. Not as exciting a term I guess.
Thank you for echoing my sentiments. The bike tricks are certainly cool and impressive. However, he walked on two walls - the same stunt - in this entire video. Not exactly parkour...
...so, we shouldn’t gather the dragon balls?
Of the tearjerkers people bring up I almost never hear anyone bring up ‘Just wake up. Please. Just wake up, Leela.’ gets me every time
I feel this way about the end of “The Sting”, as Leela is breaking down from the strain of Frye’s death. Frye (from the picture on her nightstand) is begging for her to wake up, and she doesn’t understand what he means or what she’s supposed to do. Her distraught confusion and his pleading always gets to me.
True, that’s always an option. Next time I get an invite I’ll set a reminder to try it.
I played the beta with a bunch of devs last year at gamescom and it was great. The appointment came out of nowhere and we almost cancelled it since it was literally the last one of the week but my god was it worth it! We played for about an hour and it was great and by far the best experience I had
I just wanted to say that when I was a little kid that original movie freaked me the hell out...
The first movie was good but the second ... ehhhh. Well, the books were better. The books were actually all about warring mages - with actual level based spells - and the movie uh, junked a lot of that.
Yup, glad to see he finally woke up.
Actually, it is water girl according to the movie’s wiki page she’s essentially a human Vaporeon on a cellular level. They do also take the trouble to justify the poor cgi as part of her transformation.
What’s really awful is that their chi isn’t advanced enough to make her come out of the water with her hair and other details moving the water like it should. Instead she’s like a shaved head bare skied poser model...eeek that stinks. I can’t do any better but we’ve have advanced so far beyond that. Hollow man might…
My grandma knew the wife of the producer of Alex Mac. When the show was still on, she used her connections to get me an autographed photo. She wrote my name and signed with a heart. I still have it. I'm sure it was just another favor on her end, but kid me was super psyched. Still am a bit.
Well, it’s literally hot to wear, and definitely metaphorical shit.
Yeah, I noticed that both of those were Shay Astar. She also played a super creepy shape shifting alien named Isabella on an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. I think the episode was called Imaginary Friend. This being the big five-oh and all. When I was a kid I had the biggest crush on Shay Astar.
So un-PC. Have a star anyway.
I was all about it being Terry Crews, right up until I actually watched Jessica Jones.
Hey we’re all aloud a few mistakes now and again...
