I’m starting a game where I just point out errors in articles I read. I should’ve started yesterday because there was a whopping 5 large issues in articles I read. But here’s the first one for today:

I believe the bad answer would be:

“Per a straining order…”

I really like Williams in World’s Greatest Dad(directed by Bobcat Gildthwaite iirc), and One Hour Photo.  What Dreams May Come was also pretty decent.

Blurb under the title says scorpions are insects.

The lemon heads comment was on point af.

What if he’s afraid of polka dots? Like how people can be scared of circles.

It looks bad to me too, but for some reason I LIKE that.

Yeah, anyone who uses the “that’s gonna ruin my childhood!” bullshit will only get one answer from me.

What I did was I made an analogy. I even said so when making it. I didn’t say, “hey, trans is just like diabetes!”, nor did I say “trans…what a terrible disease.”

Yeah I’d give Dave a bit of leeway on the jokes. That’s not to say they aren’t offensive to people. Heck I watched the special and at times looked at the audience and could tell from their faces they were, at the very least, unimpressed with them. That’s jokes; some work, some don’t.

I can do that.

I’ll give it to you then. I was just a student of basic first aid after all.

Aspirin doesn’t actually thin blood. It makes blood more “slippery”, which can make it easier to pass through veins and arteries where there are partial blockages.

I don’t think they were worried about coin attacks on the koi, but more that the koi might swallow the coins. Shiny things attract fish after all.

Meh. I always thought it shitty for anyone to say you can’t pretend to be one of your heroes in a movie because your skin, while dark, isn’t dark enough.

I’m pretty sure they didn’t make up Felicity to look more “physically” Jewish as RBG.

Kid got his license though. That’s different than someone handing him the keys to a truck on his 16th and saying “try to be safe driving it!”

“…as I had been led to believe that Pratt was being cast in movies largelybecause some people allegedly find him ‘hot’…”

We’ve set up some opportunities for students and even parents to be able to share their feelings about this and to try to provide some support to them, Kirby said…”
