My friend just got implanted or whatever it's called this weekend (she explains everything and I just get squicked out) it's been absolutely miserable. I think to myself, never vocalize to her, that I cannot understand anyone willingly doing all that to themselves.

Can you imagine the volume of dark money that would be thrown at whoever ran against her? They would never ever let her win. I would canvass for her, I would do anything they needed me to do but I just don't see her being able to win. I would also miss her as my Senator, I know, I'm selfish. :)

I love this woman, I am so proud to have campaigned for her in MA and to have her as my senator. I wish she could run AND win for President, sadly I just don't see it. But she can do the party a lot of good, happy they recognize that.

It may not have changed things federally but there have been some substantial changes with state senates and governors. Don't kid yourself, a few more states are going to see the rights of women and minorities erode in a big way.
