Well, you were obnoxiously vague. You kinda asked for it.

I've also seen that done by Cadillac and even Mercedes cars with the star in the grille instead of above. You're right, it is the most effective means as of yet, until the technology can advance enough to adapt.

Of course, but you wouldn't be able to have that grille design with it. Nothing can be blocking the sensor window for it to work correctly.

Right, the Golf's still kinda sticks out, and the Audi looks like the owner couldn't afford foglights... neither are terribly effective examples to hide the sensor. Some automakers make the entire grille emblem into the sensor, which is a little better (I think even Mercedes does this on some models).

I do stand corrected. Although it looks like it has foglight 'blanks', another design peeve.

The only problem would be the gap. The grid doesn't overlay the sensor window, it's part of it.

This. A million times over, this.

Not really. The sensor needs a clear plane of visibility (the plastic on the sensor is permeable by radar, the rest of the grille is not). Doesn't make it any less ugly, but so far it's not something that's been effectively addressed yet.

I was able to successfully argue a radar gun reading once, only because the officer pulled me and another driver over at the same time, and could not prove which car the reading came from.

Anecdotal about one note you mentioned - "If the ticket has a mistake on it, it will be thrown out." And to be honest this is probably more clerical than the ticket actually getting 'thrown out'. I got a speeding ticket in San Diego on the 5 freeway, and since I had exhausted my 'traffic school' option almost a year

Thanks!

Two airlines here strike home to me. My father worked for Spirit until a few years ago (right before they started hiring frat boys to think of fare promotions). My Mother continues to work for United's reservations office in Detroit, an I myself worked at the same office from 2000-2002.

That makes sense...

I'm lucky enough to work around the corner from Micro Center in So Cal. Or is it unlucky? It's a dangerous place, lots of good deals. Even a ton of refurbs if you need a quick decent system to use for a test bed. It reminds me of what Radio Shack could have been if they had truly embraced DIY in the PC age.

Interesting you noted the shifter being 'too low' most people I know get a short shifter first thing, which lowers it another 2-3 inches. I've put the recurs in my 2014 Titanium, and I'm a big guy ( I do a lot of 'spirited driving' that make the recurs a smart choice). I know a lot of shorter people feel as if it

But... the glove didn't fit!

So disappointed to lose the world's most superfluous and awkward car accessory - the Cube Pubes

No, you're thinking of a Microsoft employee's purse.

A lot of people did. It's commonly known that while an absolute genius in the history of the Nuclear Navy, he was also a class-a dick.

Both accidents occurred when the drivers changed lanes. Since turn signals BMW cars are a very expensive option that nearly every owner opts not to buy, nobody knew they were changing lanes until it was too late.
