Rightfully so.

The CGI has definitely not aged well, but I was kind of surprised at how sparingly it's used (mainly for the Mummy himself and a couple other setpieces). There are a lot of solid practical effects and sets, which I admired.

The Mummy (1999) is the fourth Indiana Jones movie the world needed. This is not a joke.
