Why would anyone expect the OS size to be anything comparable to a 11 year old operating system? I mean really ,displaying a modern photo can take up more space in ram than some operating systems used to.

I see these in the higher elevations of Roan Mountain, Tn/NC. They are only about 2 inches tall, but they do exist otherwise. I call them ice cities.
