Sorry, but the factory engine in the 86 is awful. It sounds so bad and has poor power delivery. I really wanted one of these to replace my Celica GTS, but I just couldn’t get over how awful the engine is. The Celica was probably slower, but the high RPM power made it very exciting and somewhat difficult to drive.
