Virtually every car dealer group in my city is going vertical with their new stores. Land is at a huge premium and UP is the only way to service a downtown clientele. I would think any other brand of dealer would be happy to re-brand this building.

I bought a used X1 and even though it’s an entry level BMW, and might just be a Mini, its a far better car than any equivalent compact SUV for the same money.
