I know you’re well intentioned here, but graduated licensing for newbies and regular re-testing should be implemented for ALL drivers. Not tied in any way to vehicle type. The story above just proved the fact. It wasn’t the owner driving.

It’s a special harness with glitter and gilded ropes to secure your special prize during transport.
I’m guessing this discussion is kind of meaningless. The only people that could afford these cars are the criminals and corrupt politicians that know how to avoid paying the taxes in the first place. I’d bet no one is actually paying the fully taxed prices on luxury cars.
I’ll double their offer!
Over-rated, or over-hyped? is there a difference?
Yup, came here for this.
But if the cop Charger were to goad someone to extra legal speeds, would that be considered entrapment?
But you’re gonna pay dearly for the ‘launch edition’ blue paint.
You took the words right off of my fingers. Came here to write this.

Maybe it was on Autopilot. Tesla likely never planned for such a scenario ;)
And that is what a century of development has led to. Elegant yet simple designs such as car doors that will naturally close and resist opening at speed. Any other door design (gullwing, scissor, suicide, falcon wing) is purely fashion and a liability. Some things can’t be improved upon.
Driving a Miata with the top up sucks. Sunroofs change they whole flavor of a sporting drive.
I get your point. The stats aren’t too bad when you look at the big picture.
Ha, Love It! Never saw this clip before.
What a bunch of Debbie Downers ;)
I thought it would be a perpetual motion machine whereby the trailer wheels would generate electricity to recharge the car and solar panels on the roof would recharge the trailer batteries.
“Now that we’re moving to electric drivetrains and autonomous driving, the snub-nose vans definitely need to make a comeback. Minivans like the Aerostar and Ram...” And while we’re at it, lets make some snub nosed mid-size pickups with 6'-7' beds!
Agreed, I generally choose the square back Wagon/SUV, but I really like the Audi Q8 over the Q7.
