EVERY truck OEM sells gliders. They go down the same line at the factory as every other truck, they just don’t get a drivetrain installed. There just also happens to be 3rd party companies that sell gliders as well.

Tell that to the 9 MLS teams with higher average attendance than any NBA team.

That my Miata was on the brink of rusting through the rear quarter panels. It all seemed fine when I bought it. Later that week I noticed some light surface rust in the rear of the car (none up front surprisingly). Fast forward a year and the passenger rear quarter starts bubbling through. Hopefully it’s still early

Well to be fair, they were also provided information for years from OEMs and other groups that diesel could be clean with the right technology and they already knew it had better MPGs so it sounded like the right move.

Right? I’ve seen logging companies make their own super beefy oil pan guards because they were cracking oil pans after hitting stumps. Not just logs, whole stumps still in the ground.

Hey I’m just happy they have red, blue, AND yellow cars IN STOCK! It’s like people actually want something other than white/black/silver/grey.

Yeah I already have the on-ramp problem today with out platooning.

So on a 2 lane freeway are you just going to ram the person in front of you to get in front of the platoon? Or are you going to slow down way below the speed limit (especially in states with lower truck speed limits) and piss off people behind you and risk getting rear ended to get behind them? You do realize three

Except if you reduce the gaps, how will people change lanes? I already have a hard time changing lanes when there are three trucks lined up next to me.

SHHHH!! Don’t use that word, convoy’s are illegal. This is platooning. Totally different.

Too late, it’s already happened.

You mean the 4 cylinder Ecoboost which is based on an engine designed by Mazda?

Yeah but for $4200 I’d rather have something like this (which is only $3200), then a glorified cruiser. Hell you can get an overpriced ebike from Vintage Electric for that much too.

Is it just me, or does that third-to-last image with the Ferris wheel look straight out of a video game?

You could have gone with Honda for Earth, even though it’s just an engine family and not a vehicle.

While I don’t use them often, I will say that all of the early 90s cars I drove had horrible headrests that felt like I was looking to the sky to use. But most of the newer cars have moved the headrests forward and up (maybe because they realized peoples necks don’t like to bend backwards) and are much more

Tell that to the half-eaten cat I found in my backyard that was most likely eaten by racoons or coyotes. That’s why my cats stay inside.

You should tell those people waiting a year that there are some on dealer lots in Canada right now.

I doubt it, Daimler had a board seat at Tesla at one point because they owned so much stock, and as of last year they sold off the last of it.

Or here in the Northwest that would be $340,000 for the same house, and that’s in the suburbs, not even in the core city.
